        A bullet is heard and everything fades from a white. A man, dressed in battered jeans, black sneakers, and a torn black shirt with no sleeves, coughs and sits up; where is he? Who is he? What the hell happened, he lay in a pile of rubble. He gets up, and walks down the street, limping from pain. After a minute of hobbling, he see's a person hiding in a diner. He yells at the person which catches their attention. The balding gentlemen frantically waves his arms to get down and shut up, to not draw attention.  Max searched the surrounding streets. Some empty, some he hade to sneak around for there were armed men. He entered a house to weave around a group and decided he should get his bearings and a better look with higher ground. So he made his way to the attic, as he did he observed out the attic window. A big pane window that oversaw the next street. "Hmm... I haven't found anything yet, maybe I'm in the wrong area." Max thought to himself, as he started to walk back towards the stairs he met him.      He saw it, a Flixer. These creatures, they're like the Zex's in appearance but they are fast crawlers, can climb, and have a razor like tail. He took cover in the old cafe across from him and hid against the wall to not be seen. He needed to wait for it to wander away or else it'll kill him. He waited for a few minutes but then he heard something, a motor roaring in the distance. His eyes widened, that meant a vehicle.     Bursts of gunshots ring out down a street. Max stops in his tracks and peeks over the corner to see the commotion is. He notices a man taking fire from a dumpster at a group of hunters. "Shit Hunters.." Max stays hidden, he wonders why a gun is fighting instead of hiding. He peeks again from curiosity. One hunter had died. The man was in commando gear firing an assault rifle with lots of attachments. "Curious, never saw this man before" Max muttered to himself.
